Anyone going to be in Bonaire mid July? I'm looking to buddy up since my husband is not a diver.

Dock hermit?

Post the dive op / resort you are using. This may help identify some potential SB dive buddy's or dive groups that may be onshore at the same time. Plan ahead scheme.

If you are using a resort, then you can likely instantly conscript a pool of dive buddy's with little effort. If you plan to shore drive via a truck it is much harder and so plan ahead is best (although I read a SB post about someone grabbing a dive buddy in the airport while waiting for luggage...).

We have used sand dollar & captn dons and now use divi and often see lots of insta buddy's forming up at either the orientation or at each boat dive.

The website Bonaire Talk has a section for finding a dive buddy

My experience with Bonaire is that there is no shortage of potential buddies- so don't worry if you don't find one virtually! If you sign up for a boat dive, almost certainly someone could pair up with you or you join their pair.

Welcome arradancel! We have a trip to Bonaire in September, which won't help you much for July but if you are looking for trips where you will always have a dive buddy, check out our dive travel link in my signature! SingleDivers.com is for the buddyless diver.
