Looking for dive buddies/windsurfing advice Nov 25-Dec 8

Hi all,
I will be back in Bonaire with my snorkeling-only partner and would love to meet for some diving. Give a shout if you'll be there. We are very familiar with Bonaire, and my partner is an awesome helper/Sherpa!
Also, does anybody have any insight into which place is best for windsurfing lessons? Jibe City or Bonaire Windsurf Place? Thanks.
