Looking for Carl Powell or Powers

Hello I'm looking for a guy that had a dive shop in Brunswick Maine years ago. The name of the shop was "Diver's World" and the guy's name is Carl Powell or Powers. The shop closed about 1990 or so and he moved away. Any info on how I could get in touch with him would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bell47.

What agency did he teach for? If he was still an active instructor, his agency (i.e. PADI) will have records of him.

I don't know what agency. He's near 80 years old by now. I'm looking for some info on a local wreck he used to dive.
