We are frequent and loyal Aldora customers but they informed us that they are completely booked a couple of days during our trip to Cozumel from Feb. 25 through March 4, 2017.

We are very disappointed but not wanting to leave things to chance since our sole purpose for going is to dive. Can anyone recommend an equally good dive op? We are staying at the Presidente.

If you want steel tanks you have two other alternatives: Living Underwater (who I dive with 2x/week) or Liquid Blue. I haven't dived with the latter for many years now and there has been a change of ownership in any event, so I can't offer an opinion on the latter. However, I can highly recommend Living Underwater but I don't know if he has any availability in that time slot either. Since I'm here all winter, he just slots me in when there is room on the boat...

+1 for Tres Pelicanos

Fantastic staff and very customer service oriented. And as an added bonus for you their dive shop is just a few doors down on the opposite side of the street from Aldora.

Try Liquid Blue. Kami and Steve have a great boat and crew. My friend Esther and I will be on their boat that week. They offer steel 100 & 120 tanks. Home - Liquid Blue Divers

Dear ScubaD1veDIV.

I am so sorry that you were given incorrect information about availability for your returning divers. It has been our policy for more than 20 years to guaranty space for those who have been loyal to us. While we do sometimes limit access (especially at Christmas) to make sure that we can always deliver top notch service, we do retain some redundancy and back ups, thus I know that we can easily take care of you…no matter what.

Recently we have had some changes in the reservation staff and that policy concept may haver fallen through the cracks…or they forgot to ask.

We will be delighted to have you dive with us, as many days as you want. IF you wish you can call me on my US phone 830 460-0667 (works in Mexico).
