Nautilus Liveaboards operates long range charter dive vessels from bases in Mexico. We are a world leader in the dive industry and have been running dive trips for over 25 years. We are currently looking for a Hostess/Steward to join our crew.
This position involves (but is not limited to) greeting passengers as they board, assisting crew, helping with arranging rooms, payment processing, looking after gift shop, assisting the Chef in the Galley etc.
Hostesses and Stewards must be extroverts who enjoy socialising with passengers. Excellence in guest services is one of cornerstones of our business. We provide consistent personalized service to our guests with the ultimate goal of achieving total guest satisfaction. To be a successful member of this team, a candidate should have a passion for service, a pleasant and energetic demeanor, and previous experience in a customer contact position. Experience in hospitality is a plus! Diving or boating enthusiasts will have an upper hand as candidates.
A successful candidate must sincerely want to look after our guests. We are looking for outgoing, friendly hostesses and stewards who can cope with seasickness while still smiling for our guests.
Requirements:
You must be a strong team player with a cheerful and caring personality. This is not the job for someone who cannot keep their workplace neat and tidy and organized.
