I'm guessing four e-mails/phone calls is all you need to do to confirm there isn't one.
On Brac there's two dive operations - Reef Divers or Brac Scuba Shack.
On LC there's Conch Club Divers and Pirates Point. Reef Divers also supports Little Cayman Beach resort there.
Or stay on Grand Cayman since Divetech is there.

I havent heard of any tec facilities on the sister islands but I do work for Divetech and can confirm that we have a very active and very good TecRec instructor on staff.
In addition to PADI we have IANTD & TDI and cover a pretty wide spectrum including rebreathers, sidemount & std back mount.
