I'm looking to open a small scuba oriented business and I am trying to find a niche, any good ideas???

Got an idea, but get your insurance in order first....EXTREME DIVING, do the awesome dives (for hire) that others won't touch. And make darn tootin that your DMs know what their doing.

Since you are in Hawaii, how about offering guided dive trips to small
groups (2-4 people). Personalize the attention you give.
