Attached to the triangle on the zeagle BC is a black plastic clip with a yellow strap and at the bottom of the yellow strap is a black "flexible" round circle that the male connector would quick clip into it....I can see it in the picture but maybe casue I know what I am looking at?

this can’t be that hard to stitch one together from scratch. come by for coffee and I’ll make you one :)
 
I rarely have any luck mismatching buckles. It's easier just to buy a new pair, some nylon webbing, and a sewing awl and make your own replacement.
 
Youre making this waaaaay harder than need be. Go to hobby lobby or any craft shop. That is the generic plastic 2 piece clip you'll find everywhere for a quarter.
