Wanted Looking for a Dome Port for Olympus PT-EP10 for 8mm Panasonic / Olympus

Hi I'm looking to buy a 4" dome port for Panasonic / Olympus Fisheye 8mm F3.5 to be used on a Olympus Pen (PT-EP10) housing.

Suitable ports I've identified are :

Zen DP-100-EP
Saga 1120
Athena OPD-F100-EP05
AOI DLP-05
AOI DLP-06

I'd prefer a glass port. But any other suggestions welcome.

I'm in the UK, but might be able to arrange a USA shipping address.

The Pany and Oly 8mm have different dome requirements.

Thanks Brant - my understanding is that they can use the same dome, but the Olympus 8mm needs an additional 25mm spacer?

Thanks - should have updated my thread - I bought an ex display Zen port at a modest discount a while back. But many thanks for the pointer.
