Looking for a dive boat to dive the Norfolk coast of U.K. for a weekend in July

Only club boats there as far as I know, no commercial operations. Vis can be poor and not enough customers. You might get a fishing charter vessel but you are taking a huge chance on whether the skipper can shot a wreck and hit slack. (Angling needs a tide if you want to catch anything)
