I will be spending my next summer in Ocean City MD and Aruba. I was looking for info on dive charters in those areas. I was looking into OC diver and Dive Aruba. Has anyone dived with them before?

Don't know about Dive Aruba. I think Pelican does charters, so you might check them as well down there...
I dive a couple of weeks every year with Clive at Dive Aruba he is excellent as far as I am concerned. I have dove with other operators in Aruba and have found them all to be inadequate, and cattle boat operators.

I will only dive with Romeo from Native Divers in Aruba. Just him and his wife Vanessa.
He will only take out up to 6 divers at a time and will ask you what dive site you want to go to.
