Looking to dive Scuba Ranch in Terrell, TX on Sunday 9/2 and need a buddy to dive with. There used to be forums on the Clear Springs Scuba Park site but since the new ownership and site revamp, they're gone. Anyone interested in blowing bubbles Sunday for fun?

I was there all day today :-( hadn’t checked this forum though til just now.

I ended up taking kids and diving in the pool in my subdivision.

Careful with diving in a pool, HOA might be happy to attribute any miscellaneous physical damage to you and your tanks.

Funny you say that because I actually swam the perimeter of the pool looking for cracks and damage. My tank never touches the bottom of the pool, though. And all my weight are soft weights. I get the normal stares and questions from homeowners, though. I probably look like a big tool diving in a 4' deep pool, but when ya' need to blow bubbles.....

No kidding...I am paranoid about scratching my tank in the pool. Uh...I mean damaging the pool. Yeah. That’s it. :)

I was scraping algae off the bottom of my aunts pool. It’s about 10ft deep judging by my ears lol. Forgot my computer so I couldn’t tell for sure. My pool is 5ft deep And only 9k gallons so a bit small but still fun.

I live in McKinney too! It takes a little over an hour to get to Scuba Ranch from here. I was thinking of going this Sunday but with all this rain, I'm not sure if you'll be able to see your hand in front of your face lol. And then more rain is expected. We'll see.

With all the rain it'll be a couple weeks before it even starts to clear back up. So if you like diving mudholes, have at it! I have a busy weekend ahead. And Master Scuba Diver orientation is next Wednesday.
