I'm Looking for 38 Gram CO2 BC Cartridges for 2 of my Aqua Lung BC's.

I'm not sure of the gram size but try WalMart in the sporting goods section. I think I have seen them in the air rifle pellet gun section.

Pellet rifle cartridges may have oil in them--be careful there.

You might consider taking a 3/8 or is it 7/16--whichever it is-- regulator plug and installing it in place of the cartridge. Most modern BCs do not have cartridges, it is not considered a requirment anymore and should they go off underwater they can cause a moment of excitement.

My SeaTec horseollar BC has a cartridge and did exactly that. I did not loose control or plummet to the surface and my death, I simply vented the gas and continued my dive--laughing. I keep it plugged now.

Some self inlfating life vest still use them. A marine safety store may be your best bet but if it were me, I would do what Nemrod said. No real use for the thing.
