i stay at arthur's place last year, so i am familiar with the divemaster and enjoyed the diving. I am planning on returning this winter and will spend about 3 days in anilao before going across to PG.

I found that link prior and got a undeliverable message to that email address listed there.

have u tried calling them? an alternative would be balai sa anilao. theyr in the same general area.
