Long Term Rental

I have a friend who's daughter is taking Spanish in college. They were thinking of spending the summer somewhere to improve their fluency and I thought of Cozumel. Does anyone know of some inexpensive long term rentals? Either efficiency apartments or budget hotels/hostels would work fine.

Look on airbnb. I rented a small house in playa del carmen for $$950 a month. You can find deals for less depending on size, location and features.
