For the second stages:
- 5 to 7' for long hose (150-210cm), depending on your height. 210cm is most commonly used, but you may need shorter if of smaller stature.
- 22"/55cm for necklaced backup. Possibly up to 24"/60cm.

If needed: 22"/55cm for inflator, 26"/65cm for spg for single tank, and 30"/75cm for drysuit.

I think you need to define things further. The "recreational" primary donate can be as short at a 40" hose, or as long as a 7' (btw - I use an 8'), and the bungied octo is what has the octo positioned where is is simple to get to your mouth as you donate your primary and allows head movement. Body size can impact all of these as can how/where you wear your tank as well as swivels...

LPI, DS, and SPG all depend on your gear and how you wear it, with no universal number.
