New to the Board and excited to learn insight from more experienced divers. Also, glad to know I am not alone with my dive questions!

l am off to Maui the first week of Feburary and will be getting in a dive or two ... just don't know yet where I'll be going and with which dive operator.

Which side of the island you stay on and how many dive morning you planning. Alot of great people to dive with on Maui...wish I could be going again.

Dave,
Thanks for the heads up. I subscribed to SoCal ScubaBoard and will check it out. As for my Maui trip, I leave tomorrow and for the first time, I am not bringing any gear, I am not reservering a spot ahead of time and I'm not sure how many dives I'll be getting in. The only thing I do know is that I'll be staying near Lahaina and hope to dive near Molokini. This is a last minute trip and I think it will be exciting to just wing it and see what happens!
I'll let you know when I get back if this was a terrible idea. Ha ha.
