I use DiveMaster by Reefnet. $20. www.reefnet.ca They haven't updated it for a while, but I started with it so I'm continuing to use it. No export features but it does print out a handy summary of all your dives. I think you can demo it.
There's also some free versions listed in the DIY forum. Based on Excel/Access etc.
You can also log online, www.diverecord.com or others. Might be useful if you ever had to prove your dives somewhere - as long as you had internet access...
