Lobsters: You got em...now what?

Ok, it's time to hunt some bugs.

If (and with the reports are true, it is a huge if this year) I manage to catch some bugs, there is a huge question. What next?

Do I make like a mob hitman and whack 'em at the dock, then throw the tails on ice? Do I throw the whole lobster in an ice chest and let 'em sit till I get home and then boil or grill them?

Tail them at the dock, use an antennae to remove the mud vein then take em home and cook em!

My latest recipe:

Butterfly the tails, chunks of butter, chopped garlic, and crumbled bacon, top with fresh parm and a little dill, bake until cooked. YUMMY!!!
