Hello,
I found this on my dive today I think this is some type of Lobster, or a very large shrimp. Any help IDing would be appreciated. The slipper lobster looks similar and is the closest I have found (doesn't look to be a match though), perhaps this is a juvenile slipper lobster? It was found in 30-40 ft water in Guam. I am trying to put a book together with all the fish and critter I come across diving with their commmon and scientific names and I seem to be asking a lot of ID questions here, can anyone suggest a good book for IDing fish, etc in the Pacific Guam region? Thank You for all your help.

I belive thats Odontodactylus scyllarus to be precise. Here's a pic of one form monad shoal showing the much vaunted smashing dactyls.

According to the Discovery Channel, the clubs on a mantis shrimp hit with the force of a .22 bullet. These buggers have broken many a fish tank.
