Loading Profile picture?

Hey everyone, I'm new to the boards and not very computer savvy. So the other day I found where I could load a profile picture. And I did, I think. But I'm not sure if its there. I don't see it, but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to. I tried to find how I got to where I loaded it--trying to update my profile, photo galleries but I can't get back to it. Okay so I need help:

Do I have a profile picture? It should be of a girl hovering in water looking confused (lol I'm camera shy). My hands are folded underneath me.

If not, how can I load one? (Step by step of how to get there) I can't figure this ouuuuutttt. Aaaagggh.

You probably mean an Avatar if you want it displayed on every post.

(Just to make sure we're talking about the same thing, I'm assuming you mean the picture that goes on: ScubaBoard - View Profile: MissBubblyDiver and not your avatar pic, which goes under your name on each post, which you don't have.)
