I enjoyed a week on the CEXII, with Explorer Ventures, last November. We were on board the last week of November and beginning of December. It was a wonderful trip, weather was great, only had rough seas one day/night of the 7. Beautiful diving and a wonderful crew on the boat made for an amazing first liveaboard experience for me. I would definitely recommend this trip!

South East Asia, most places have excellent conditions that time of year.
Where are you located? I'm assuming the US. In that case, you might want to start out with a Caribbean cruise. Most of the Caribbean diving is accessible to relatively inexperienced divers. If you are willing to travel further, then an Indian Ocean destination makes sense at that time of year, with Thailand offering a huge selection of boats and dive sites that will challenge you a bit, but not too much as well as tours that are not too long, but long enough to give you a nice solid block of experience and adventure.

Hi,
I just booked in a 2 weeks dive cruise in PNG with Golden Dawn. Are there any advices as I am beginner for the activity/sport.( got my open water licence 1 y ago and just did 10 dives in The Carribean and Bali). Live in Melbourne/ Australia. Email dinudobre@gmail.com
