Extremely old and completely useless list. Like the organisation itself the information there is worthless. A lot of those are legally open, many more are "closed" and so on.

Its CDWS so has nothing at all to do with diver safety or standards, its just money or more accurately who hasnt paid (unless you count centres lacking a reg dustcap, those whose pocket mask isnt in a sterile bag or ones that done have XX amount of 8l tanks as dangerous).

I somehow just found it on the net. I know there are on-going discussion as who is THE organization to control safety of diving centres and so on in Egypt. And knowing life there this will be an on-going discussion for decades
