How many dives? Does it have the Shield Kit on it or are the scratches on the unit it self?

Probably less than 50 dives. No Shield Kit, what scratches are you seeing? There are none on the screen.
Now that I think about it, this was a replacement for a previous Xen with a screen problem--I don't think it's ever been in the water. I got it after my trip to Mexico in 10/2011, and it came just a couple of months before the upgrade to the new battery tray.
