Other threads on this matter date back to 2008.

What's the latest lightweight alternative to Jet fins?

Older threads recommended the OMS Slipstream, but I just checked:
Slipstream 6.25 lbs. w/ springs
Jet 5.25 lbs. w/ springs

Probably Deep6 Eddys. They have a lovely foot pocket that is nothing like the abomination of a foot pocket on the Jets.
This. Just took my Eddys on their first LOB a week or two ago and they worked great. Much lighter in my luggage than my jets and not as negatively buoyant.

Are the Deep 6 Eddy’s better than the Apeks AR3 ?

Maybe ScubaPro Go Sports.

Also, to add some data points, my measured info for my Eddy and slipstream fins are:

Scubapro Go Sport fins are a fantastic alternative to the Scubapor Jet fins. I have had the chance to try MANY of the Jet like fins on the market and for me if isn't the real SP's Jet fins, then it is SP's Go Sport fins.

I too would suggest GoSport as a lightweight alternative, for the cold water I prefer jets but for traveling the GS is great, I also have Eddy’s and they are not nearly as comfortable on MY feet in warm water (long skinny feet) but the are a nice fin if they fit right.
