Hi,
I would like to shoot photographs as videos as well.
So i' am looking for a device that I can use both above and below water to deal with.
I want it as compact as possible. Now thinking of a Sony Nex-5 camera in a Nauticam housing.
The lighting, I am undecided. I would love one (or two) compact video lights which I can use for both video and stills.
Questions like the light, strength, 1 or 2 etc.
Like to hear your ideas, suggestions about this.

You might look into the Sealife pro digital strobe and the Sealife video light. I just spent 3 wks in Roatan using then both together with a double tray mount. I fouind the set up to be an excellent combination. The video light is very versital with various settings and can be turned off if wished to conserve energy. The strobe is excellent also.

I would look no further than the Nikon Coolpix P7000 and the Fantasea housing. It will cost you less than a 1/3rd of the NEX-5 and will give you excellent results.

For lights , I would go for the Light and Motion SOLA

Maybe you should consider a strobe for still photos , a video light only wont get you the results you want.

What's your budget for this package ?
