On my most recent dives I found out it is best to make sure your doubles are at the correct levels as to ensure not hitting your head on the valves everytime you look up . . .

Thanks for reading my post,

John

I know it is not all there fault. . .

And no it has nothing to do with my BIG HEAD!!!

yes i agree - you have a big head :D

i also did this yesterday.... for some reason i put my bcd a bit too low and it was a total pain in the head!

oh, i also learned that when diving with a camera and you change the settings from vid to pics to CHANGE IT BACK because last night i realized i didnt take a single second of the 2 dozen weddy sea dragons i saw!

But wouldn't it be a 'there fault' due to positioning? :D

If the isolater hits your head all the time you know where it is when you need it.

Unless you knock yourself unconcious with it on entry or something :p

OH Yeah this is true . . . so it is a feature :)

You know, I've recently discoverd more about my doubles and one of the first things was adjusting the bands up and down a little to create better balance AND lower them from the area behind my head. Flipside is now I have to ensure I have something weighted near the top of my plate or clipped to a D-ring on my shoulder as these tanks want to have me ride along at a 45° angle vs. nice and horizontal when they are adjusted so my head doesn't thump them. :)

A flashlight on each side seems to work quite nicely!

You could always strap your 21W HID can light to the top of the plate :D :)
