Got the Leisure Pro 2007 catalog in the mail today..... Did anyone else get it?

First off, it was a pretty thick catalog. 240 pages. I was suprised. I'm used to getting the thinner catalog now days with the ways of the internet and advertising costs to compose the catalog, print it, mail it, etc.

Second, getting a catalog from them was surprising. I haven't gotten one from them in 2-3 years and didn't request this one. I figured they had quick advertisng by mail in catalog form.

Third was the most interesting. Though it was pretty detailed and 240 pages, for the most part the items in there, none of them had a price on them. I think that some of the packages are the only things that had prices on it. I guess you're supposed to call them or look up the price on the internet? If you've got to check the internet, why bother printing a catalog if ? Just kinda odd.

Anyone else notice this?

Are there any other dive shops that offer catalogs anymore? I think Divers Supply and Divers Direct (aka Worldwide Watersports) might be the only ones left now that offer a printed catalog (besides Leisure Pro).

I seem to recall past LP catalogs having the prices and also being very thick. I usually get one from the store though. Never had one sent to me via mail.

Gee, thanks :D I try to please......but my comment is still valid ;)
Given the context of the OP's post, I disagree with your comments validity. You are starting exactly what the OP asked not to start and you know it.;)

crap, you found me out! :D

Either way, a mailed out catalogue with no prices in it is a waste of money, resources and trees. The only thing it does is pollute. -- better?

Tamas:
Why would you want anything from them?
Good prices?
