I'm a Fish!
Can anyone recommend a company with the least premiums but more importantly not in bed with any agencies?

I assume you've looked into the U.S. company PADI "supports"/recommends-- whatever.

Jim, i will contact them tmr with some specific questions, thank you.

TMHeimer, I am trying to get someone who is not agency specific since I will be certed with different agencies.

randytay,

Just last week I got an email from Witherspoon, wondering if I was currently insured. As it happens, I am just ready to work more independently so even though I am on two "operator" policies I was in need. The pro-rated rate I paid last week, covered until next June 30th, is only ~ $400.
