Program Overview

Participants will spend the week learning from our experienced dive professional staff and have free time in the evenings to explore the island.

This incredible diving adventure is designed to fit any summer schedule. You will master basic dive skills in the open water certification, logging at least the 4 required dives and one fun dive after certification. You’ll develop a greater understanding and appreciation for the underwater world. From classroom sessions in our lodge on the beach to diving from our boats on the coral reefs, you’ll learn so much with us and have a blast doing it!

Forfar Field Station has been home to unique field study experiences for students since 1970 and IFS is thrilled to utilize the past 50 years of experience to support our very own dive course designed to give students the experience of a lifetime. Make the most of your summer with this unique opportunity on Andros, home to the world’s highest concentration of blue holes and bordering the world’s 3rd largest fringing barrier reef.
