Mandy-Rae Krack is coming to Nanaimo for two events:
Intro to Freedive evening - Thursday, May 17 6-10pm - a 4 hour evening session including some classroom time before heading to the pool to show you some tips and tricks for breath holding. $25
Intermediate Freediving course - June 2, 3, 9, 10 - a four day course that takes you from basics to diving as deep as 132ft. There is academics, pool static and dynamic training as well as ocean time. If you only want to do the beginner freediver, then you just do half the pool and ocean training. The cost is $695 (+tax). Boat fees (if used) are not included.
