Well that's fine , cuz my whole weekend was food screwy. Sat is my free day, which seemed to have spilled over to Friday and Sun.... :11:

Today is a little iffy too, but gonna try to get to the gym to get back on the wagon. I went back and looked at my weigh ins, this chart helps motivate me.....

Well. lets see. Im still monitoring calorie input and burning. Figured out the other day my basic rate is 2000cals, and becuase im slighty active, its more like 2500, so if I stay near 2000 a day I should lose a pound a week. So far, Im satying near or less than that, though some days its hard to stay that low. Tennis continues to be my best friend. Fun and good excercise.
 
I'm having a great week. I'm expecting it to show Thursday. That's all I'll say for now.
