Last night Allen flew for the first time since his spinal cord injury over 13 years ago. As you can see in this photo he's all smiles as he prepares for his flight. In less than thirty minutes he was neutrally buoyant finessing his breath while hovering. The Diveheart Adaptive buddies and instructors were in awe with how quickly Allen adapted to the weightless environment underwater. This Sunday Allen will do his first open water dives in the Pacific Ocean off Catalina Island in Southern California...Stay tuned
