Last minute getaway

I am looking for a last minute get-a-way to the Coz/PDC/Akumal area from SFO. We have about 25-30 dives between us. We don't want a big trendy resort. We don't want to dive Cancun again, but it seems an inexpensive place for us to fly into.
We can go most anytime between 8/15 and 9/15. Any advice would be helpful for those last minute deals. Anything else IO've most likely seen on the web.
