Hello y'all,

Finally, I am going on OW certification trip this weekend. We'll be diving in Key Largo. Feel very confident about it - which is my main concern:)

Any last minute advise from the wisdom board?:japanese:

Have a great day and dive safe!!

In my humble opinion:

1) Relax and have fun.
2) When the instructor or DM is talking, listen.
3) If something doesn't go entirely right the first time, don't beat yourself up over it and let it get in the way. Try again, just go a little slower.

Pretty simple, this isn't rocket science.

coquito,
Sounds like you're ready. Just relax and take your time on the skills drills. Enjoy the trip you'll remember it always. Give us a report when you return.
Dive Safe,
Larry

Swim:D Seriously, don't forget to release air from your BC when making your ascent. Also, keep clear of other students. Student divers tend to run into each other. They did in my class anyway. I tried to stay clear and every time I turned around I was getting kicked with a fin.

COngrats on your upcoming cert dives! And Key Largo is great. Just dove there yesterday!

I can't add much that hasn't already been said. I just want to repeat...RELAX and BREATHE!!!!

Everything else will come!!!

I'll post a trip report when I get back. Thanks again, and have a great weekend, y'all

Dive safe!!

.....is do everything slowly....especially if something doesn't go as you plan....none of the skills work better faster...in fact it's the opposite.

Good Luck and have fun!

Peace,
Cathie
