Laser Engraving my SS boltsnaps?

I saw on a British dive site that someone had laser engraved there bolt-snaps. Anyone in So CAL preferably close to me

do this? I looked around with my local shops and so far non of them can do it since they are SS.

Not sure I'd pay extra for the purpose of having them 'protected' - but they'd make a great promo/give-away item etc.... or as a means for increased advertising if sold as standard from a dive shop.
 
I wrap the shaft portion in dark green colored electrical tape, then draw 4 sets of white lines around it. My other friends use a combination of colored electrical tape to define theirs. It works very well. I don't ever have to replace the tape, just the paint lines for the high use double enders. Single swivel enders don't seem to rub off, probably because I'm not gripping it there ever.
 
I'm not in So Cal, or even on the west coast, but I have a custom laser shop with a laser that can permanently etch stainless steel. I don't have a source for boltsnaps but if you wanted to have some shipped in we could just bill you for the laser time, probably around $1-2 for each side. No minimums, and we can ship using USPS flat rate boxes.
