Lapsed Divemaster Certification

I was certified as a PADI Divemaster in 2002. I let my certification lapse in 2003 due to moving away from any decent water and lack of time. Now, I'm looking to get back into it again.

Do I have to take the whole course over again or is there just a refresher course to be recertified as a Divemaster?
