I live close to Lake Lanier and wanted to try a few dives there this spring/ summer. Are there good spots for recreational/ OW diving? What are the best spots for beginner level diving?

Either side of Buford dam,Westbank on the Cumming side,forgot the name of the park on the east side.
They have the best visibility on the lake I have found over the years,usually 10-15 ft of vis.
Plan on minimum of a 5mm wetsuit with a hood and gloves.
