Did Palau as a Land package last December. HIGHLY reccomend Sams Tours as a dive operation and Packager. Our group stayed at Carolines but would stay at the more upscale PPR when I return. Sams Tours is a first rate operation with great staff and boats. Never CattleCars and always careful.
