Lake maps & wrecks

Are new wrecks being found often in Lake Ontario and if so how often do they update the maps showing these maps. Do they update after a specific number of years automatically or does it make a difference how many wrecks are discovered.

I think there were a few new ones in the Kingston area last year. There were a few threads about them.. TomR probably knows more details, since he's from the Kingston area.
