I was thinking of making a trip up to Gerle Creek and/or Loon Lake (up near Icehouse), but can't find any info on if diving is allowed. I was wondering if any of you have ever gone diving in either location? Is it allowed? Are there any other lakes near there with good diving?
Any help would be appreciated.

JAY- Thanks, honestly not sure why I didn't think of that... I called the Local Rangers and they said that it was fine.

Now to the second part of the question... have any of you guys ever dove Gerle Creek, Loon Lake, Stumpy Meadows, or Buck island lake? I'm looking at taking a camping trip for 4 days or so and try each one... advice on specific sites would be appreciated if any of you have been there.

It seems hard to get lake information when the ocean is right there. I look forward to seeing if anyone knows.
