La Paz, El Moro and Club Cantamar

Hello all:

My husband and I are planning a trip to La Paz, Mexico. We were thinking about staying at Club Cantamar and diving with them.

The only thing is, Club Cantamar is pretty far from town. We searched and found El Moro and that seems to have a much better location. We were hoping to still dive with Cantamar.

Can anyone provide any information regarding El Moro such as:

Are there any good restaurants nearby?

How is El Moro? Quiet, noisy, dirty, rundown, clean, any major issues good and bad.

Is it really possible to walk to town?

Does Club Cantamar pick up from El Moro or is it necessary to take at taxi to Club Cantamar.

Any other info that you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

I'm pretty sure Club Cantamar will pick you up from any resort/hotel in La Paz. Send Pedro from Club Cantamar a PM just to make sure. His user name is Cantamar.
