Two thumbs up.
First Thumb: A while back I had a hydro issue with a 5yr old Worthington tank. The test facility showed me some documentation (from DOT) showing why it failed. The tank actually passed if they would have taken the time to read a few pages more and saw the DOT requirements for testing galvanized cylinders. Anyway, one quick call to XS (they had me scan and email the test report) and they were on the phone with the test facility and by the time it was over the facility bought me an new tank due to the fact that they failed it and left it wet with a big X on it, so condemned and rusted for no reason.
Second Thumb: Just bought some new tanks. One had a valve issue. I emailed in the evening and got a phone call about 10 minutes later and package in the mail a couple of days later. Problem solved.
Thanks guys/gals...
