I ordered a wetsuit, used it for about 4 freshwater dives, only to find out that it was a bit too big. Sent it back as a return so I could get the 75% credit (they have a return policy that specifies you can return used stuff as long as it's in good condition, and within 60 days of purchase), only to have them refund the entire purchase price!!!

I have had good experiences with them too! Recently returned a pair of gloves and a dry suit hose for exchange, and I had the new ones in five days after sending the old ones off. But for them to give you a full credit on a used wet suit is awesome. I will most certainly do business with them again.
