Last weekend, I dove the ex-HMCS Mackenzie and the G.B. Church with some fellow divers from Ocean Quest in Burnaby. We went with Kelly Stevenson from Docside Charters. I just want to say that Kelly took great care of us and I would go out on his boat again anytime.

The diving was great as well. These were my first "real" wreck dives, not counting Porteau Cove. As part of my work, I get to go on active Navy ships, so it was a really strange feeling to see the Mackenzie on the bottom, all covered in marine life. The G.B. Church was also an incredible sight, abundant in marine life. I'm really looking forward to going again and I want to see the ships in Nanaimo as well.
