Was very upset getting ready for my dive trip and my Mini wasn't working, out of warrenty but only 16 dives under it's belt. Sent it in to Sealife. Really wasn't expecting but a $50 credit towards my next camera. Boy was I surprised with the service that Deborah gave me.
After returning from my trip I had questions about my new DC1000 and Deborah passed my email to Karl who answered all my questions. Both responded by the next day to all my emails. Very happy Sealife customer.
