I recently ordered a copy of his book Fitness for Divers. After waiting 10 days, and not receiving it, I emailed Cameron to inquire how long it would take. He said I should have received it already, and proceeded to send me a new one, free of charge, no questions asked. I received the new one quickly.
The book is excellent. It is well written, well organized, and can be used by a diver at any level.
