Koh Samui Dive Op Recommendations

I'm going to be in Koh Samui in March and have just one day to dive. I've checked out the websites of a few dive ops (dive searobin and planet scuba), but haven't been able to find many opinions on them. Since it'll be my only dive day, I want a great op w/ a good boat and a small # of divers. Any recommendations would be appreciated. (I'll be staying at Chaweng Beachcomber Hotel).

Also, thoughts on dive sites would be really great. Looks like I'll have to choose between Chumphon Pinnacle and Sail Rock.
