Siting here enjoying an Amstel Bright. Large dinner at Bobbiejan's.

Heard at dinner that a group from Tennessee was here this week and had several vehicle thefts. One very large fellow from the group hid in the bushes at Karpata. When the perp started ravaging a vehicle the large fellow chased the hoodlum into the cactus. He ran the dude out into the opening by throwing rocks and when the police arrived the Tennessee dude was sitting on the burglar.

Poetic justice or not?

sweet!

I just hope the Tennessee man doesn't get charged with illegal detention or whatever lame law they have there to protect perps. The perp should have been found after "stealing more chain than he could swim with."

Nice! Now if only we could have "happy endings" like that here in the States...

Hope our hero comes out alright, but the police may be mad that he showed them up by doing their job for them. No need for chains and padlocks. Just keep chasing him through the cactus without shoes or pants, he should learn a valuable lesson after a couple of hours.

You met my friends - they came for two weeks and the rest of us arrived Sunday. Jim, Lesley, Carla, and Ray talked about visiting your condo and they have lots of great things to say about you....

I did see my first fist fight on Bonaire Sunday. Involved Curacao laborers. Haven't had that much fun even on WWF.
