I couldn't find the article on-line but with us being on the out-skirts of Spokane this might have a lot to do with it.
Spokane was just listed as the sixth, yes 6th drunkest city in the nation.
Seeing how the majority of our, and their calls involve alcohol or drugs I have to agree.
